The Hobbit House, Fantasy comes Home!

Cutest place in all of Arkansas, but don't forget to do your chores.... Positive: This place is so stinking cute. The bed was super comfortable. Negative: Maybe I'm just new to Airbnb type lodging, this is my first time. The day before check out, I got a lengthy note about all the chores that needed to be completed prior to departure. I guess for over $300/night, I don't want to have to take out the trash to the street, laundry and dishes. Had I known this up front, I would have felt that at least I was making an informed decision. But day before check out, we had to end our visit with our friends early to get out chores done and still leave early the next morning.

Positive: The owners poured their heart and soul into this place! It is a stunning hobbit house! It’s cozy and makes you want to stay under blanket, sip some hot cocoa and read a book. The atmosphere is fantastic!!! Negative: You can hear tenants above moving around quite loudly. Unfortunately this continued well past 1am a few nights. Even with that in mind, we would stay there again.

Best place ever! Positive: The decor was amazing, plenty of room, comfortable beds, Hobbit-themed movies and games. Negative: The driveway was a challenge, but worked out ok.

Love it! Great adventure away! Positive: The place is absolutely beautiful! Well worth the money and great adventure away! Negative: Wish I had more time to spend there! Absolutely an amazing place.

…it was a hobbit hole, and that means comfort. Positive: The decorations were magical! Negative: Unexpected to have people also staying in the house upstairs. The ac seemed to have trouble cooling but owner responded to us.
