Positive: Clean Negative: Parking

Never go back don’t trust pictures Positive: Driveable to events Negative: The photos were very deceptive once we arrived at the property location was nosier then we expected, the back patio was absolutely filthy we have use a broom and sanitary wipes to make the area clean enough to set,it the cobwebs ,dust ,trash in that area showed it had not been on months , we also a cigarette butt by our porch window and it was non smoking property, then you look over the balcony there additional trash on the ground was not pleasant on the ground! This property is owned by an out of state couple so a local management company keeps it up, I tried to reach out and send pictures to show the disarray of their property. Apparently they do not care that we last a day early and we lost a night’s pay. They had no interest in helping us so I will be posting pictures and putting my review as that is not a good property until they do some upkeep.

Vacation Positive: Everything

Positive: Quiet, moderately clean. Washer and dryer was convenient. Negative: The grill was out of propane, the other one was broken down. There was No cleaning supplies. Mop, pine sol ECT. It may not be something host provides, but I would have left place cleaner than when we arrived, Not that it wasn't cleaned. I'm just a Nut when it comes to being clean. .

Positive: I liked the view and location. It would have been better if the water levels were higher. Negative: I didn't like the fact that it was not cleaned before we came. Towels were still wet in the washing machine. Crumbs were on the countertops and floors were not swept and mopped. Also the sheets on the bed were dirty with hairs on the pillows.
