Great location but far enough away from everything to feel relaxing Positive: Just the right size. Quiet location with a nice neighborhood vibe.

Sad that it was not taken care of outside Positive: Nice interior Appliances were nice Modern feel Negative: Spiders everywhere Broken 2nd floor steps and rotten hand rails. Spider webs everywhere on the porch. Broken tiles at front door entrance Very dangerous .

We loved the inside of the condo. The water view and parking was not as satisfying as we had hoped. Positive: We used a code. No keys were used. Negative: Parking. The place reserved to park was down a very steep and short drive. I was not comfortable driving my car down this steep drive and getting back up the steep drive with such a short distance. Thankfully there was an overflow at the top of the driveway that we parked at. Then we had to carry our things down this steep driveway. Then up the 2 sets of stairs. This was not good for someone with any walking impairments. We made it without any incidents. The water view was not what I expected. It was a small area of water. You could see and hear the traffic from the highway. There was a restaurant on the other side of the water that played music. It affected the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that could have been achieved on the outside patio.
