Anniversary
The stay was nice. The neighborhood was quiet. It seemed as the home is in the process of being updated. Some updates are still needed but the stay was a nice one.

Overall a decent value for the space.
Positive: I liked having separate bedrooms, a full kitchen, and the carport. The living room area was nice too.
Negative: There wasn't a spatula to cook the eggs we brought. We improvised, but that's something that really should have been there. A previous guest had left some prep knives dirty in the drawer so I cleaned them. Caulking in tub area needed to be redone because was flaking off and moldy. Tub wall surround could actually stand to be replaced altogether, but not the worst I've seen.

Good enough for who it's for....kind of
The house has obviously had the pictures taken, a long time ago. The whole house needs a good deep cleaning, marks on the walls/ceiling, spiderwebs on lights, microwave was dirty from previous guest. Some trash was also left by previous guest, near coffee maker. Maybe the kitchen counter and bathroom counter's were wiped down between guest, but that's about it. The bathroom is out of date, the picture has been photo shopped on the shower. (shower door is from the 1980's and doesn't slid well, and the facet was hard for my older children to figure out.) Floors didn't seem to be swept or vacuumed recently either.
On a positive note it is listed as a King, queen and twin bunk bed. It really is 2 King size beds, and a twin bunk over a full size bed. We did need seating for 6 at the table, and the picture shows that, but in reality it only seats 4, the bench is gone. It is a classic 1960's house, however they have picked good colors to paint over the old wood work and made it look nice (just needs a magic eraser). We did like that it was right across from a church and a parking lot to the side, it was more private a quiet in that sense. There is a local rooster that crows early, so you don't need an alarm clock. The T.V. and couch were very nice. The kitchen did seem to be updated with in the last 15 years, appliance worked well and refrigerator was very clean.
Mainly the reason I gave 3 stars is due to the false bathroom picture, and lack of cleaning between guest.

Nice little house
This was a nice little house to stay while we visited Petit Jean State Park. The neighborhood is older but it was quiet and uneventful which was nice. Would stay here again.
Good to know
