Amy's Place, 4bed/2bath conveniently located near AR Tech

We came to see our son play football at Arkansas Tech and celebrate his birthday! This house was PERFECT for our large group and the location was ideal. We were able to walk to the game and back.Neighbors are very friendly and the hosts were super easy to communicate with!The house was very nice, clean and comfortable! We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Positive: Baño reformado. Habitaciones amplias. 2 cocinas, perfecto para grupo amplio. Cerca del campus. Negative: Cerca de la carretera. El tren pasa por las noches y a menudo avisa durante minutos de su paso. No hay suficientes vasos ( éramos 6). Algunos aparatos en la cocina (grill?), nevera, no estaban limpios,al igual que algunas ventanas.

נראה נהדר בתמונות - פחות במציאות. Positive: מתאים למי שמחפש בית עם הרבה חדרים Negative: הבית לא נקי החצר מוזנחת יותר מ 10 מדרגות לקומה השניה, שלא דווח עליהן בפרסום, ומקשות מאד על הכנסת והוצאת מזוודות. קשה להתמצא בהפעלת הברזים לקבלת מים חמים

The neighborhood was not the best. The house was old although it had been updated. The lower level’s ceiling were very low. There were no smoke detectors in the house as listed which was EXTREMELY important to me in a home this old and my family being there too. When asked where they were located I never got an answer. My son-in-law had to run to Walmart before they closed at 11 pm to purchase 4 so we would feel safe. I would not recommend this property to my friends
