Adeline's Lake View

Adelaine’s Lake View is a beautiful, spacious home in Russellville, Arkansas with a wonderful deck and view of Lake Dardanelle. We had 12 people in our group, and booked this house specifically because it had 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. We found out right before our trip that the full bath in the basement was unavailable. This fact was very inconvenient for the couple that slept in the basement bedroom. Since it was too late to get a booking anywhere else. I expected Michael, our host, to offer us a partial refund, but he did not. When I requested this consideration, I stopped hearing from him. I waited 6 days, but he never responded. If not for his lack of propriety, I probably would have given his property a 5-star rating, in spite of the fact that the kitchen lacked a cutting board, dessert plates, water glasses, and a casserole dish or bowl that could go in the microwave. We also could have used more hand towels. We really expected better from a “Premiere Host” This host has 30 other properties in Arkansas. So, beware. We give it only 2 stars.

The house is beautiful. Layout was perfect for our family. We had an amazing stay, very comfortable, amazing views, easy quick drive from the house to everywhere we wanted to go!

Host was very accommodating and responsive. The view was amazing.

The spacious floorplan worked very well for my family and the views of the lake were beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained.

Our family was traveling cross country and we stayed at Adeline’s Lake View property. We all had an amazing nights rest. This property offered the room we needed for our large family. The lake view was beautiful.
